The Plant Runner liquid fertiliser is formulated especially for indoor plants and acts quickly to give your plants the nutrients they require. With an N:P:K ratio of 12:2:12 plus seaweed (with trace minerals and hormones), our indoor plant food is almost completely odourless and  comes with its own pipette so you can easily measure out the right application rate. Each 100ml bottle will make up to 100 litres of of plant food. 
 
Add 1/4 tsp or 1 ml per 1 litre of water and water your plants as normal. We recommend once a month in spring and summer and once every 3 months during slower growing periods.
